I don't know if it's the weather change or what, but I have been so incredibly tired lately. I do what I have to do and at times I feel I could drop from exhaustion. My thyroid meds were adjusted recently, so you'd think I would feel better not worse. According to my Go Wear Fit, I slept a total of 9 hours and 48 minutes last night. Still tired today. I had to lay on my Dad's couch while the kids played. Maybe it's regular Mommy Burnout. I seem to notice I go through cycles of sleep and no sleep. Maybe I should start paying better attention to any triggers and look for a pattern. I hope it passes soon because we all know Mommies aren't allowed to have too many off days. *yawn*

  1. Me too. In bed 9 to 10 hours, up every 2 hours. What's with that? I can't even seem to take a decent nap. I'm not normally grumpy all the time. Irritable. Grit my teeth. Easy to piss off. Fortunately nobody cares.
