Say no to Milk...

After a little research I am going to try going dairy free for a few days. We don't eat a lot of dairy, so it may not make any difference at all. It seems lots of people have lost weight and felt worlds better after cutting milk products out of their diet. Seemed far fetched at first, but there are many testimonials out there to doubt it completely. I have to be careful with soy since it is thought to interfere with thyroid function and make hypothyroidism worse. I did buy some almond milk and OH MY it is GOOD! Expensive compared to cow's milk, but so yummy. My plan is to avoid dairy for a few days, then add it back and see if I notice any difference in how I feel. Stay tuned.....
